The Confederation of Italian Free Trade Associations – CLAAI of Milan, an association of patronage for small entrepreneurs and craftsmen established in 1954, has actively participated in the event by continuously offering a gold medal from 1978 to 1995. In the 1985 and 1986 editions, the prize consisted of a plaque.
