Materia e tecnica: An iron slip of 12% was used as the backdrop. This was carved to give a low relief. Bendigo stoneware was used and fired to 1200 °C with barium matt glaze.
Tecnica: The piece was thrown then altered, the neck is moulded with handbuilt additions. This piece was reduced at 700 °C and then reoxidized.
