Le forme rotonde, astratte e scultoree sono sempre state al centro del mio lavoro. Lasciando un’apertura nelle forme, voglio preservare il legame con l’interno, riferendomi allo stesso tempo al vaso che è l’ispirazione per la forma. Ogni tanto riesco a realizzare un’opera che esprima esattamente ciò che sento. “Noki” è una di queste.
Round, abstract, sculptural forms have always been central to my work. By leaving an opening in the shapes, I want to preserve the connection with the interior, at the same time referring to the pot being the inspiration for the form.
Every now and then I succeed to make a work which expresses precisely what I feel. “Noki” is one of those.
